안녕하세요 저는 2018년7월10일 스카이스캐너 어플을 통하여 2018년8월23일 ~ 2018년8월27일 김포공항-하네다공항 루트를 서치후 대한항공을발견하고 트레블제니오 라는곳애서 카드결제를 하였습니다 하지만 제가 원하던 김포공항-하네다공항이아닌 인천공항-나리타항공이 체크되어있으며 대한항공계열사인 진에어로 예약이되었다는걸 알고 구매한날당일부터 이메일, 본사사이트, 페이스북공식계정까지 찾아내어 취소하고싶다는내용을 발신하였습니다 트레블재니오측은 예약확정메일은 매우 빠르게 보내주었지만 취소요청메일은 읽고 답이없는경우가 빈번하거나 아예읽지않았습니다 2018년7월13일 트레블제니오측에서 Dear Mr. / Ms. CHA, Thank you for contacting Travelgenio. In reply to your request, we would like to inform you that based on the airline’s fare rules the cost of the cancellation would be the following: 55EUR penalty per passenger. 30EUR service fee per passenger. 26EUR taxes non refundable Bear in mind that cancellation conditions may change as the departure date is closer, so if you wish to cancel the booking later the fare rules might change. Please reply to this e-mail specifying the name of the passengers you want to cancel in case you want to proceed with the cancelation. Bear in mind that at once your cancellation request is concluded, Travelgenio will cancel your booking and will manage the refund request to the airline that owns the flight. Once the airline authorizes the refund, the amount will be reimbursed to the original payment method. In some cases the refund will be made directly by the airline. The time of the refund will depend on the liquidation period of the card and this can sometimes delay the refund. Waiting for your instructions. Kind regards, -- Juan Gabriel Customer Service Representative Travelgenio.com & Travel2be.com 이러한내용의 메일을 받고 저는 수수료를부과해도좋으니빨리 취소해달라고 요청을 하였습니다. 하지만 그 이후부터 묵묵부답이며 몇차례연락을위해 메일을 발송하였지만헛수고였습니다 결제한 카드회사의 분쟁팀과 사건을같이 해결하려고 노력을하고있습니다 서치한것과다른내용으로 소비자를헷갈리게하는 이런망측한경우가어디에있나요 예약한날부터 취소요청메일을 보냈고, 다른사람들의인터넷후기는 당일취소하면 금방끝내준다는데 난 15일이 걸렸다 내가 트레블제니오측 공식 페이스북사이트에올려져있는 글에 댓글까지남겼으나 날 차단하고 내 댓글도 지워져서 보이지않는다 27일까지 내 모든예약이 취소가되었으면 좋겠습니다 감사합니다
